- Contest Fee
a. The cost to enter McDonald Studio’s “Beautiful Baby Contest” is a minimum $20.00 Donation Fee.
All Contest Fees are donated entirely to Operation Smile, an organization that provides reconstructive facial
surgery to more than 90,000 children and young adults in 25 developing countries and the United States,
bringing them new hope and new lives. For more information about Operation Smile, visit OperationSmile.org.
b. All Donation Fees must be paid at the time in which your session is scheduled. No Exceptions.
c. Our normal Session Fee of $25.00 will be waived for each individual Donation.
d. There will be a $25.00 service fee on all returned checks.
- Contest Requirements
a. Each child must be photographed individually between January 02, 2008 and March 29, 2008.
b. Each child to be entered must turn in a minimum $20.00 Donation before their Portrait Session.
c. All participants must have a Written Release Form (provided by McDonald Studio) signed by a legal guardian.
d. McDonald Studio and children of sponsor employees are not allowed to enter contest but do qualify to
participate in the public voting at University Park Mall for “Beautiful Baby Contest” winner.
- Ages
a. The “Beautiful Baby Contest” is open to any child under the age of 10 years.* *(See 2 - d.)
b. Children are divided into three categories:
- Infant ( 0 to 24 Months )
- Toddler ( 2 to 4 Years )
- Child ( 4 to 10 Years )
- Picture Guidelines
a. All contestants must be photographed by McDonald Studio during the above stated times.
b. No portraits from other studios or snapshots will be accepted.
c. All portraits to be entered in the “Beautiful Baby Contest” will be decided by McDonald Studio, Inc.
d. All contestants who meet all Contest Requirements and Picture Guidelines, will be entered.
- Location of Contest
a. During April of 2008, all entries will be displayed at University Park Mall - Grape Road & SR 23 Mishawaka, IN.
b. Mall Display is located in front of The Buckle.
- Judging
a. Judging will take place at University Park Mall and will be open to the general public by the use of a ballot
that will be provided outside the McDonald Studio mall kiosk.
b. Each individual can vote only once and must provide a current address and telephone number.
c. Each voter will be entered into a drawing for a chance to win set prizes (Mall Voter Award).
d. All decisions of winners are final once names are notified and released by McDonald Studio, Inc.
- Winners
a. All winners will be notified within 30 days after the end of the contest.
b. All prizes will be awarded within 30 days of notification.
c. Winners will also be congratulated and displayed in the following McDonald Studio Newsletter.
