Q. Will my child’s information be published with the photograph?
A. Absolutely not. We are committed to ensuring your privacy and will never release your child’s name or information
without additional consent. All photos will be identified by an identification number.

Q. How many children will be judged?
A. The number of children is uncertain and can vary year to year.

Q. Do I get to pick my child’s photo that gets entered?
A. You will be able to view and order from all of your child’s portraits that are taken for the contest. However,
McDonald Studio reserves all rights to choose which photo is best for the Contest and for the Prize Modeling
Portfolios. This will allow the most variety and a better chance for your child’s portrait to stand out.

Q. Can my child be entered more than once and can I enter more than one child?
A. Each child can only have one portrait displayed. If there are multiple children in a family, they are all eligible
as long as each child enters the minimum donation of $20.00 and is between the age limits.

Q. Will I receive my child’s portrait that is displayed at the end of the contest?
A. All portraits will be displayed on 1 of 3 banners that are divided by age group which makes it impossible to give out
the contest photos because they are not displayed as individual portraits.

Q. How many winners will there be?
A. There will be a first and second place winner in each category - (Infant, Toddler and Child).
There will also be two Honorable Mention Awards. PLUS, each person who participates in the Mall Voting
process will be entered into a drawing in which there will be one Grand Prize Winner (Mall Voter Award).

Q. Can I submit any photograph?
A. Only photographs taken by McDonald Studio during contest dates are eligible.

Q. What happens if my child wins?
A. You will be notified via telephone or mail within 30 days of the end of the “Beautiful Baby Contest.”
Your prizes will be awarded within 30 days of your notification.

Q. How do I enter?
A. Call or visit McDonald Studio with your $20.00 Donation Fee ready. We accept cash, credit, debit and checks.
We will set up an appointment for your child or children before March 29, 2008.
Sign a written release form allowing your child to be displayed and that’s it! You’re entered!
Don’t forget to go vote for your child in April at University Park Mall! Tell your family and friends to vote too!

Q. Why do you charge a Donation Fee to enter?
A. We decided to take part in a charity event and this allows you to take part too! McDonald Studio does not receive
any of your Contest Fee. It is fully donated along with any proceeds to Operation Smile, an incredible organization
that helps thousands of children with unfortunate circumstances create new smiles and new lives.
All participants receive 10% OFF of any portraits ordered from McDonald Studio!
